          Babak Azizzadeh, MD, FACS[2] is an American facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

          He is the founder and president of the FPBPF (Facial Paralysis & Bells Palsy Foundation), a non-profit organization committed to the treatment of individuals with facial nerve paralysis and Bell's palsy.[3]
